You are not a number in line for service when you are my customer. You are a unique individual with unique technology problems that you need personal attention to solve. I want to help you and remain the first person you call when you need help.
I pride myself on excellent customer service, easy access to reach me and follow through as well as follow up to make sure you are satisfied.
To keep overhead and your costs down I do not have a store front at this time and work out of my home. I am a one man show. This saves you and I money.
I have lived in Reno, Nevada most of my life (40 years) and have helped hundreds of local people with technology related issues and have gained a very loyal clientele.
